We just wanted to email to tell you what a fantastic time we had at your course on saturday. We all equally enjoyed ourselves even though it was a Christmas gift for our friend Lisa.
We thought the course was run professionally, there was no pressure on anyone and we all learnt a lot at our own pace and had great fun doing it. You may remember that we sat at the back giggling for most of the day!
Lunch was wonderful and our pack was thoughtful and great to take home as it had information in that we knew we would forget and now we have it to refer too.
We haven't stopped talking about it.  Hope to see you in the future.

Brilliant course, would thoroughly recommend it.  Lisa clearly demonstrated all techniques and everything was provided in order for us to recreate the fabulous designs.  The 12 finished cakes were beautiful and people could not believe I did them.
